One of my all-time favorite Siku is this Opel GT. This one has an orange base. I had a non-painted base as well but it was either stolen or misplaced by someone. In any case, I hope you enjoy this post.
Love the "made in West Germany" vintage Siku castings. I have given up on the modern "made in China" Sikus though, very disappointing and no bang for the buck due to them being expensive while offering poor quality control (paint issues, movable pieces not fitting well, cartoonish appearance).
Hey...thanks for commenting. Good to hear from you on here. I buy very few Siku these days. They are just too big and a bit too toy looking with their proportions in my opinion. The 'v' series were the best.
